Welcome to Deep Roots Property Care! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with our services.

1. Subscription-Based Lawn Maintenance

Clients enrolling in our lawn maintenance subscription agree to be automatically billed on the 1st of each month for services rendered in the previous month.

Services frequencies are Weekly or Bi-Weekly
-
Payment is processed using the credit card on file, provided during initial setup.

Clients may add additional services at any time, which will be billed separately upon completion.
2. Additional Services & One-Time Requests

Clients can request one-time services via our online request form powered by Jobber.

Available services include, but are not limited to:

Window Cleaning
-
Brush Removal
-
Garden Maintenance
-
Power Washing
-
Mulch Installation
-
Hedge Trimming
-
Overseeding & Fertilization
-

Any service outside of the standard lawn maintenance package requires a 30% deposit to secure a spot in our schedule.

Clients booking two or more services will receive a 10% discount on their first bill.
3. Billing & Payment Terms
-
Invoices are due upon receipt.
-
Payments made later than 2 business days after the due date will incur a $10 late fee.
-
A 2% compounding late fee will apply to the total outstanding balance every 30 days, up to a maximum of 90 days.

If payment is not received within 90 days, the account will be sent to collections.

Excessive obstacles in the grass while servicing, including but not limited to dog waste, children's toys, garbage, or debris, may result in additional charges on your next bill.​
4. Quality Guarantee & Service Adjustments

Clients have 3 days from the date of service to notify us of any touch-ups or defects in the work.

If notified within this period, we will rectify the issue at no additional charge.

After 3 days, all work is considered final, and additional corrections will require a new service booking.
5. Discounts for Scoop N Go Clients
-
Clients who are actively subscribed to Scoop N Go Dog Waste Removal will receive a 10% discount on all Deep Roots Property Care invoices.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
-
Subscription services require a 14-day notice prior to the next billing cycle for cancellation.

If a scheduled service needs to be rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to provide an alternative date.
7. Liability & Property Access

Clients must provide clear and safe access to the service area.

Deep Roots Property Care is not responsible for damages due to pre-existing conditions of the property, such as weak fences, broken sprinkler heads, or unsecured objects.

Any hazards, including but not limited to, pets, loose wires, or debris, must be disclosed before service.

Deep Roots Property Care is not responsible for hazards hidden in the grass, such as irrigation heads, sprinkler systems, or other concealed objects that may be damaged during service.

Excessive obstacles in the grass while servicing, including but not limited to dog waste, children's toys, garbage, or debris, may result in additional charges on your next bill.

Deep Roots Property Care reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

Clients will be notified of any changes via email or our website.

8. Spring Cleanup Package
​Spring Cleanup Package – Terms & Conditions
Our Spring Cleanup Package is designed to rejuvenate your lawn and garden for the season. Below are the details and conditions that apply to this service:
• Lawn Size Coverage: This package includes yard cleanup, spring fertilizer, and overseeding for lawns up to 5,000 square feet (approximately the size of an average town lot). Additional square footage is subject to a fee of $39 per 1,000 square feet, up to a maximum of 10,000 square feet.
• Garden & Maintenance Labor: The package includes 1.5 hours of maintenance labor for tasks such as perennial cutbacks, shrub trimming and garden debris clean-outs. Shrubs must be no taller than 5' in height. If additional labor is required, it will be billed at $70 per man-hour.
• Yard Waste Removal: We provide removal of up to 1 cubic yard of yard waste (approximately seven leaf bags), which includes leaves, twigs, and small sticks. Any additional waste beyond this amount will be charged at $79 per cubic yard.
• Additional Fees: Additional charges may apply for excessive pet waste, garbage, toys, or other obstructions that require extra cleanup. Minimum fee applied will be $49.
• Travel Fees: Our service area is based in Elmwood, Ontario. Travel beyond 30 km from our location will incur a small additional travel fee.
Once the quote is accepted, you will receive a prompt to add a payment method and submit a 25% deposit to secure your spot in our schedule.
• Deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are made at least seven (7) days before your scheduled service date.

​9. The Full Package
​
1. Service Inclusions
The Full Package from Deep Roots Property Care provides comprehensive lawn maintenance, including:

Regular Lawn Mowing – Mowing, trimming, and blowing off clippings.

Additional Yard Services as Needed – This may include but is not limited to yard cleanup, garden maintenance, and other seasonal or property care tasks.
2. Pricing & Billing
-
Lawn mowing pricing is determined based on the square footage of the service area.
-
Additional yard services beyond mowing are billed at a rate of $70 per labor hour.
-
Clients may specify a maximum number of hours per visit that they wish to be billed for.
-
All services performed in a given month are invoiced on the 1st of the following month.
-
Specialty services such as mulch installation or power washing are invoiced separately upon completion.
3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
-
Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
4. Service Modifications & Cancellations
-
Clients may request adjustments to their service plan at any time with reasonable notice.
-
Cancellations require at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled service to avoid charges.
5. Liability & Property Access
-
Deep Roots Property Care is not responsible for damages to personal property left in the yard during services.

Clients must ensure clear access to the property on scheduled service days.
By signing up for The Full Package, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions. Deep Roots Property Care reserves the right to update these terms as needed.
